Additional Required Documents

To apply for a DTV, you’ll need to provide the following documents:

  1. Current Location Evidence
    • Submit documentation that confirms your current location.
  2. Financial Proof
    • Provide evidence of financial stability for the past 3 months, showing a minimum balance of ฿500,000. Acceptable documents include bank statements, payslips, or a sponsorship letter.
  3. Income Verification
    • Include proof of salary slips or monthly income for the past 6 months.
  4. Employment Documentation
    • Provide a foreign employment contract or employment certificate, authenticated by the embassy of the country where your company is based.
  5. Company Registration
    • Submit a copy of your company’s registration or business license, sometimes required to be authenticated ntry where the company is located.
  6. Professional Portfolio
    • Include a portfolio showcasing your work and confirming your status as a digital nomad, remote worker, foreign talent, or freelancer.

Spouse and Children Under 20 Years Old of DTV Visa Holders

For Married Spouse

Additional Required Documents

  1. Current Location Evidence
    • Provide documentation indicating your current location.

    • Submit evidence, such as bank statements, payslips, or a sponsorship letter, showing a minimum balance of ฿500,000, sometimes requiring 3 months of confirmation.
  3. DTV Visa of Main Holder
    • Include a copy of the DTV visa held by the primary visa holder.
  4. Proof of Relationship
    • Provide documents proving the relationship to the DTV visa holder, such as a marriage certificate, birth certificate, or adoption certificate.
  5. Prolonged Residence in Thailand
    • You may be asked for proof of residence in Thailand for at least 6 months, such as a condominium rental agreement or lease agreement.
  6. Income Verification
    • Include a copy of the main DTV holder’s salary slips or monthly income for the past 6 months.
  7. Personal Details of DTV Holder
    • Provide a valid government-issued ID card, passport biodata page, and DTV visa approval of the main DTV holder.

For Minors Under 20 Years Old
